By accessing or using Strat Arena, including the website, app, and related services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Strat Arena operates the service and may update or expand the service over time. You must use Strat Arena only in compliance with applicable laws, platform rules, and any additional policies presented during account creation, checkout, or feature use.

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials, wallet access, and connected accounts secure, and for activity that occurs under your account.

We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe an account is being used in a harmful, fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful way.

Strat Arena may offer free and paid plans. Paid features, billing periods, pricing, discounts, and renewal terms are shown at the point of purchase.

Except where required by law, paid subscription fees are non-refundable after a billing term begins. We may update pricing, plan features, or availability in the future, but changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by law.

You retain responsibility for the strategies, inputs, comments, profile data, and other material you submit to Strat Arena. You represent that you have the right to submit that material and that it does not violate law or third-party rights.

Strat Arena is provided as a software platform for strategy creation, organization, and backtesting. It does not provide personalized investment, legal, tax, or fiduciary advice.

The Strat Arena brand, software, design, and service materials are owned by their respective rights holders and are protected by intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose, subject to these terms. This right ends if your access is suspended or terminated.

Strat Arena is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that any strategy, signal, or backtest result will be accurate, complete, or profitable.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of your primary operating jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy related to the service should first be raised through the support contact listed below so the parties have an opportunity to resolve the issue informally before escalating further.
